iPad troubleshooting: Reset problem

I did a manual reset of my Apple iPad 6th gen, which is Erase All Content and Settings. The Apple iPad successfully erased the data and rebooted the iPad to start over with the Apple logo and black background and loading progress. The Apple iPad suddenly turned off.

Afterwards, I tried to turn on the iPad as usual by pressing the on/off button and it didn’t turn on.

According to the information I googled, what I did had made my Apple iPad a NIB (New in Box). However, I have done the manual reset process several times on my Apple iPad and this has never happened before. This problem is not common.

So I did a system reset, the method is to hold on the on/off switch and the home button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. This system reset successfully restored my Apple iPad and the iPad successfully displayed the Setup Assistant.

This system reset method might help those who experience problems like me.

However, if the System reset doesn’t work, I suggest contacting Apple support or doing repairs at the nearest Apple Store or seeking more troubleshooting assistance at the Apple Support Community.
