How to uninstall it? OS X doesn’t have a Remove Program tool, the answer is simpler than that.<\/p>\n

You uninstall it the way you uninstall most Mac programs. navigate to [Your User Name]\/Applications<\/strong>, locate the app you want to remove, and drag it to the Trash icon on your dock.You may need to type in your administrator password to do so. Then go to the Finder menu and choose the Empty Trash option.<\/p>\n

While some apps may be completely removed this way, some may leave behind fragments like cache, preference or other supporting files.You could hunt around and manually delete those files, but it would be very time-consuming. Luckily, there are some third-party apps that will handle this for you. Some of these include AppCleaner<\/a> (free), AppDelete<\/a> ($7), AppZapper<\/a> ($13) or Spring Cleaning<\/a> (prices start at $20).<\/p>\n

I’m using AppCleaner to remove\u00a0 Mac App Store’s apps. navigate to [Your User Name]\/Applications<\/strong>, locate the app you want to remove, and drag it to the AppCleaner Uninstall window.
