Click Start<br \/>\n2. Click Run<br \/>\n3. Type cmd<br \/>\n4. Click Ok<br \/>\n5. In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\\resetlog.txt<br \/>\n6. Hit Enter Key<br \/>\n7. Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>If the problem persists, continue using these steps.<br \/>\n8. Click Start<br \/>\n9. Click Run<br \/>\n10. Type cmd<br \/>\n11. Click Ok<br \/>\n12. In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset<br \/>\n13. Hit Enter Key<br \/>\n14.
