WP 2.7 is out, it has a lot of new features. One of them is sticky feature. We know there’s one plugin known as WP-Sticky, the plugin creates sticky feature prior to WP 2.7. But now, with sticky built-in with WP 2.7, we may need to rethink use the plugin.

I had few sites used WP-sticky plugin before WP 2.7, unfortunately i’m forgot the plugin installed on those sites. I didn’t deactivate the plugin.

I suggest to deactivate the plugin before upgrade, not just deactivate but you can delete tables created by wp-sticky (wp-sticky has uninstall feature, use it, don’t delete it manually). I suggest to delete wp-sticky tables, because we can’t use wp-stick after upgrade to WP 2.7, unless Lester Chan upgrade wp-sticky

If it doesn’t deactivate, we’ll get an error in homepage.
