I had problem with one of sites after I had upgraded WP. The problem was login. When a user was entering the username and the password, it was going back to WP Login.
I had typed the site address with wp-admin, e.g http://mysite.com/wp-admin/ before I got WP Dashboard.
I remembered the site had two addresses in Settings, WordPress address (url) and Blog Address (url).
WordPress address (url) used www, Blog Address (url) didn’t use www.
I had matched both address before i saved General Settings
Login is back normal again

Thanks, that simple tip fixed the problem for me. I panicked after I found out I couldn’t login after my upgrade, but luckily, I simply had to hit back page a few times on my browser to make it back onto the admin side, and then apply your tip.
